• Pisco Route (day 4) • You will be picked up at 13:00 for an unforgettable trip around Peru's famous Pisco route. Pisco is a strong white brandy made from muscat grapes and one of Peru's most popular drinks. Lasting three hours, this tour takes you to some of the countries best Pisco vineyards, tasting a variety of Pisco on the way!
• Islas Ballestas (day 4) • You will be picked up between 06:20- 06:40 from your hotel for this half-day excursion to the Islas Ballestas, beautiful uninhabited islands home to pelicans, Peruvian boobies and plenty of sea lions. This tour is lead by an English speaking guide!
• Chauchilla Cemetery (day 5) • You will be picked up at 10:30 for a 2-hour tour of the Chauchilla Cemetery. Established in the second century AD, the cemetery was used for important burials over for several hundred years. Archaeologists unearthed the historical site in a near-perfect condition - complete in the early 20th Century.
• Colca Canyon tour (day 7 ) • You will be picked up at 07:30 to visit Colca Canyon, the second deepest gorge in the world and twice the depth of the Grand Canyon. During this two hour hike, you will visit local villages, enjoy breathtaking views and get the opportunity to spot Andean Condors in their natural habitat.
• Peruvian Cooking Class (day 14) • After being picked up at 17:30, you will scout the markets for the best products together with a local chef before totally immersing yourself in the celebrated Peruvian kitchen. The Peruvian Cooking Class lasts four hours in total.
• Cusipata Rainbow Mountain and the Red Valley (day 14) • This full day tour takes you off-the-beaten-track in Peru for a full day of exploration. Watch an unforgettable sunrise after being picked up at 04:30 and, later, enjoy lunch amidst breathtaking scenery. The tour lasts 10-11 hours.
