The passport, visa and health requirements at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for UK citizens, and on the Department of Foreign Affairs website for IE citizens. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

There is a deductible in case of theft or damage to the rental car. When picking up the rental car you must pay a deposit. You will receive more information about this together with your travel documents.

A discount for children is offered dependent on the chosen travel dates and length of stay. You will see the applicable discount in the final booking process. Please note: children up to 12 months old receive a discount on the plane ticket, but will not receive a seat or baggage allowance.

For travel in the USA up to 90 days, British Citizens need to apply for an ESTA. This must be done online at least 72 hours before departure.

If you are travelling through Canada by air, an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) is required. Travellers can apply for an eTA online and the fee is approximately £4. It is advisable to apply as early as possible before travelling. Please note that having an eTA does not guarantee entry into Canada, and the final decision remains with Canadian border staff. All travellers should be up to date with primary courses and boosters. No vaccinations are usually recommended for travel to the USA. Consult your doctor or the NHS travel advice website for more information.
