Central Madeira excursion:
A trip into the centre of the island takes you down into the Valley of the Nuns; Curral das Freiras, overshadowed by beautiful mountains peaks. Before reaching the valley, you'll see panoramic views of the Bay of Funchal from the 355m high viewpoint of Picos dos Barcelos, while the famous 1100m viewpoint of Eira do Serrado gives you an incredible vantage over the landscape.
Half-day dolphin & whale watching excursion
A catamaran boat ride takes you out to sea where you'll look out for playful dolphins frolicking alongside you as they show off their somersaults. You might also get to see their larger and more elusive counterparts, the magnificent whale. When the weather is good, you'll also take a pause for a refreshing ocean swim at Cabo Girão - don't forget to pack your sunscreen, bathing suit, a towel and a waterproof jacket.
Half-day sunset trip excursion
Head out on a catamaran for a peaceful and picturesque experience of the Madeiran coastline, to take in the stunning colours of the sunset. You might also get to see dolphins and whales, and weather permitting, have a chance to stop over for a refreshing swim in the sea.

The hotel is around 66 kilometres away from Madeira airport, located on the tip of the island, taking just over an hour in the car.
Madeira airport is roughly 20 kilometres away. We recommend driving south along the coast along the VR1, following signs for Funchal.
