• Honey tasting and tasting of local Sicilian products •
On day 2 of your trip, you will learn more about the fascinating world of bees. You get to see a live bee colony and you visit the laboratory where their honey is extracted. Finally, taste the fresh honey directly from the hive.
The tasting fun is not over yet; in the 'Cantina Rustica' you will taste excellent wines, various liqueurs, flavoured oils and pesto and pâté, which are still made using centuries-old production techniques. You'll taste these well-preserved Sicilian specialties amidst the decor of a beautiful lava rock wall, which dates back to 1792.

On day 5 or day 7 of your trip, you will learn to master delicious Italian cuisine. During a group cooking class, an experienced chef will teach you how to conjure up a multi-course dinner from traditional Sicilian ingredients. You will prepare no less than two starters, one main course and a second dish. After your hard work in the kitchen you can of course enjoy your own delicious creations. Buon appetito!
