The passport, visa and health requirements at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for UK citizens, and on the Department of Foreign Affairs website for IE citizens. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

The single supplement is based on travel dates and duration of travel. You will see the final price in the booking process.

Based on two full-paying adults per room, travellers will receive a discount on hotel stays for children 12 years and younger. This is dependent on the chosen travel period and whether the child sleeps in a separate bed. Please note: children up to 12 months old receive a discount on the plane ticket, but will not receive a seat or baggage allowance.

The third-person discount is based on the departure date and duration of the trip. You will see the final price in the booking process.

It is possible to arrange a cot during this trip for a fee of €5 per night. Contact customer service to make an enquiry.

Please note that flights may be subject to change, delay or postponement by the provider and that flight times are provisional. Don't forget to check the actual flight times before departure on the website of the airline or the airport to avoid inconvenient surprises.

You will receive all documents relevant to your trip, 7 days prior to departure at the latest

You will pick up your ferry tickets at the reception of your first hotel in Athens. When picking up the tickets, please present your travel documents and possibly your passport or other ID.

Should you lose one or more of your ferry tickets, you may be issued new ferry tickets in the harbour. The value codes on your travel documents act as proof of payment. When issuing new tickets, please present your travel documents and possibly your passport or other ID. Please note that a fee may be charged for the re-issue of ferry tickets (approximately £1 per person, per ticket).

Some ferry tickets will have a seat number and other ferries will not have allocated seating.

If you choose to upgrade your ferry tickets to flights, you will fly from Athens to Mykonos, and from Santorini to Athens (between Mykonos and Santorini you will take the ferry). You will receive your airline tickets along with your other travel documents.

Please note that a maximum of 20kg of luggage per person may be carried on domestic flights. Please check the current baggage rules on the airline's website

Your journey includes transfers between the ferries and the hotels. When transferring from the hotel to the ferry, please arrange with the receptionist at the hotel when you want to be transferred from the hotel to the ferry port.

After the ferry ride, upon arrival at the particular port, you will be met by your driver, who will be waiting for you with a sign with the hotel name of your next hotel.

Remember that you need to arrive at the ferry 20 minutes before departure to board (please note that there may be changes in ferry departures due to weather conditions).

Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign with DOT Travel and/or the Secret Escapes logo. You will receive more information about the transfer along with your other travel documents.

The national currency of Greece is the euro (EUR).

In order to give you the best possible holiday, we sometimes offer trips where you'll be staying at one of a selection of hotels (all with the same star rating, board basis, room type and location). Mostly, you'll be staying in the hotel written up in our description, but we're unable to guarantee the exact accommodation featured on the website every time. We'll let you know the name of your hotel, at least 7 days before departure.
