Hop into your rental car, put on some summer tunes and drive while enjoying beautiful views. First, go to Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with an impressive historic centre. Here, you’ll visit the National Palace with your included tickets, as well as much more. Then you’ll continue to Sesimbra, a fishing town with beautiful beaches and cozy streets full of fish restaurants. If you go for the 9-day trip, you’ll end your trip in vibrant Lisbon. Here you will find many buildings that feature Portuguese tile artwork and all kinds of other sights to admire. Head out on the road, and enjoy everything Portugal has to offer in its diverse cities!

In the historic centre of Sintra you will find the Palácio Nacional de Sintra, a beautiful monument to the region’s history and architecture. Portuguese monarchs built several palaces across the country over the centuries, and this palace is the only one that has remained intact since the 16th century. From the 12th to the 16th century, all kinds of improvements and expansions were made, under the direction of King Dinis, João I and Manuel I, giving the palace a unique and varied appearance. A visit to this palace is a must during your trip. Admire the castle inside and out during your visit and step back in time as you explore the area.

If you book this deal before 42 days of your departure, you can choose to pay in parts. The main driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license. The main driver must have a credit card in their own name with a sufficient credit limit for the deposit. You will pick and up and drop off the rental car at the airport. Travellers should allow enough time to drive to the airport and return the rental car before the return flight.
Maximum 2 people per room
On the basis of two full-paying adults, a discount for children may be offered dependent on the chosen travel dates and length of stay. You will see the applicable discount in the final booking process. Please note: children up to 12 months old receive a discount on the plane ticket, but will not receive a seat or baggage allowance.
Unfortunately, cots are not available throughout this trip.
Pets are not permitted on this trip due to international plane travel.

You will receive your travel documents 5 days prior to departure at the latest
An excess risk applies in the event of theft or damage. A credit card deposit is required upon arrival. Comprehensive insurance, non-life insurance, liability insurance, theft insurance and cover for glass, tires, floor and roof damage is included. You will receive all rental car information along with your travel documents.
