• Hanoi Cooking Class (Day 2, 4h): You'll start your excursion with a tour of one of Hanoi's world-famous markets at Chau Long, packed with vendors selling all kinds of produce, spices and herbs that are rarely seen in the West. Next, you'll go to the Hanoi Cooking Centre for your lesson, where your instructor will explain the basics of Vietnamese cooking style, before you get hands-on with your own creation!
