Passport, visa and health requirements

The passport, visa and health requirements (including those related to COVID-19) at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel. Please be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

Price changes

Please note that the flights included in this offer are subject to live availability and price, and can change during your booking process. When this is the case, we will always notify during the booking process.

Car rental

The main driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license. The main driver must have a credit card in their own name with a sufficient credit limit for the deposit. You will pick and up and drop off the rental car at the airport. Travellers should allow enough time to drive to the airport and return the rental car before the return flight.

Rental insurance

An excess risk applies in the event of theft or damage. A credit card deposit is required upon arrival. Comprehensive insurance, non-life insurance, liability insurance, theft insurance and cover for glass, tires, floor and roof damage is included. You will receive all rental car information along with your travel documents.

Occupancy

Maximum 4 persons per room.

Children's discount

On the basis of two full-paying adults, a discount for children may be offered dependent on the chosen travel dates and length of stay. You will see the applicable discount in the final booking process. Please note: children up to 12 months old receive a discount on the plane ticket, but will not receive a seat or baggage allowance.

Infant bed

Unfortunately, cots are not available throughout this trip.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on this trip due to international plane travel.

You will receive all documents relevant to your trip, 7 days prior to departure at the latest

Flight times

Please note that flights may be subject to change, delay or postponement by the provider and that flight times are provisional. Don't forget to check the actual flight times before departure on the website of the airline or the airport to avoid inconvenient surprises.

Passport

Your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your stay. For more information, visit the official gov.uk website.

Visa

For travel in the USA up to 90 days, British Citizens need to apply for an ESTA. This must be done online at least 72 hours before departure.

Stop over in Canada

If you are entering or passing through Canada by air, an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) is required. Travellers can apply for an eTA online and the fee is approximately £4. It is advisable to apply as early as possible before travelling. Please note that having an eTA does not guarantee entry into Canada, and the final decision remains with Canadian border staff. Vaccinations

All travellers should be up to date with primary courses and boosters. No vaccinations are usually recommended for travel to the USA. Consult your doctor or the NHS travel advice website for more information.
