Reykjavik - wintry and welcoming

The world's northernmost capital, Reykjavik, is not only Iceland's cultural and culinary hub - the city is also the gateway to the small island nation's unbridled wilderness. Get out in the early morning and enjoy freshly baked pastries at one of the many bakeries, along with a steaming cup of coffee (hot drinks are essential during the winter!). For anyone who wants to learn more about Vikings and Nordic mythology, a visit to the Saga Museum or the National Museum of Iceland is a must. After a full day of sightseeing, you can head to the 101, as the central parts of the city are called, to warm up with Icelandic specialties and perhaps a glass of brandy at one of the cosy restaurants.

We work with our trusted partners in the region to offer you the best possible stay.
