COVID-19 Measures | The health and well-being of our customers and employees come first. Our COVID-19 measures were decided jointly with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Government of Montenegro. The contact with our employees is minimized without neglecting that everything is available to you for a perfect holiday. Our ships are small cruise lines, which means that our groups are no larger than 16 people. This is very important to emphasize because we are working with small groups and this means that we are able to respect all the rules of social distancing. Our employees (crew, local representatives, van drivers) will: • Test your temperature before starting work • Wear masks when you are with guests in enclosed spaces • Observe the distance rules (2m apart) • Wash and disinfect hands regularly Cleaning process: • Environmentally friendly disinfection of the interior at the end of each cruise and before the cleaning staff enter the boat, as directed by the WHO and the Government of Montenegro • Disinfection of all interior surfaces and mattresses • Disinfected bed linen, towels and beach towels for each cruise • Renewed environmentally friendly disinfection of the interior after cleaning has been completed • Finally, the outer surfaces are also disinfected Life on board: • Guests are not required to wear masks on deck as local government guidelines do not require that masks be worn outdoors • Guests are asked to disinfect their hands • You are asked to take off your shoes before entering the interior • You will receive local emergency numbers • The crew is provided with masks and gloves • Hand disinfectants are provided • Maintenance of the air conditioning system and cleaning of the filters • Depending on the size of the group and the gulet layout, meals are served either in two sessions or at the same time in the saloon and on the outside deck • Swimming stops are regulated by the crew in order to respect the social distance policy and the number of people using the swim platform is restricted, as is the number of those using the upper deck • Every time before the ship arrives at the new destination / port, the crew organises the procedure to go ashore |
