Your rental car is a Group P - Renault Duster (or similar). The main driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license. The main driver must have a credit card in their own name with a sufficient credit limit for the deposit. You will pick and up and drop off the rental car at the airport. Travellers should allow enough time to drive to the airport and return the rental car before the return flight.
An excess risk applies in the event of theft or damage. A credit card deposit is required upon arrival. Comprehensive insurance, non-life insurance, liability insurance, theft insurance and cover for glass, tires, floor and roof damage is included. You will receive all rental car information along with your travel documents.

On the basis of two full-paying adults, a discount for children may be offered dependent on the chosen travel dates and length of stay. You will see the applicable discount in the final booking process.

In addition to valid passports, when travelling with children under the age of 18, parents or guardians should also carry the original or certified copy of the child's unabridged birth certificate.
The official currency of Namibia is the Namibian dollar (NAD). The South African rand (ZAR) is also commonly used.
In case the above mentioned hotels are unavailable, you'll stay in comparable hotels in the nearby surroundings. You'll receive the final accommodations with your travel documents, 5 days before departure at the latest.
