On this six or 10-night escape, you can travel back in time and experience the majesty of Ancient Greece with a stay in Athens: climb up to the Acropolis and marvel at the 3,000-year-old ruins, discover ancient treasures frozen behind glass in every museum, and take a tour of the Panathenaic stadium, where the first ever Olympic Games were held.

Then, it's time to drive through the Greek countryside in your hire car up to Porto Heli, a Peloponnese gem on Greece's glittering coast. Opt for either three or seven nights here, and explore the nearby car-free islands or simply kick back by the pool (or on the beach), before feasting the night away at local tavernas. Then, with one more drive through the countryside, you'll head back to Athens for one more night and make the most of Greece's cultural capital.

If you book this deal before 35 days of your departure, you can choose to pay in parts. The deposit will be 50% of the deal’s price plus the booking fee and travel and/or cancellation insurance (when applicable). Passport, visa and health requirements	The passport, visa and health requirements (including those related to COVID-19) at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel. Please be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

Occupancy	These rooms can sleep up to two adults and one child, aged 12 or below, in existing bedding. Please note additional charges may occur for flights and transfers. Please double-check before booking.
Flight times	Please note that flights may be subject to change, delay or postponement by the provider and that flight times are provisional. Don't forget to check the actual flight times before departure on the website of the airline or the airport to avoid inconvenient surprises.
Similar accommodation	In order to give you the best possible holiday, we sometimes offer trips where you'll be staying at one of a selection of hotels (all with the same star rating, board basis, room type and location). Mostly, you'll be staying in the hotel written up in our description, but we're unable to guarantee the exact accommodation featured on the website every time. We'll let you know the name of your hotel, at least 7 days before departure.
Car rental	Car hire is supplied by Yours Car Rental, and the car will be an automatic Nissan Micra or Opal Corsa. The main driver (the booker of this trip) must be between 21 and 74 years of age, have held their valid driving licence for a minimum period of one year, and have a valid credit card in their name. Additional drivers can be added for a supplement of €10 per day. There is a young drivers fee of €28 per day for drivers between the age of 21 and 24. A passport will also be required for identification purposes. A deposit of €620 plus €75 will be held from the driver's credit card on the day of rental. Tanks are rented with at least a quarter-tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount of fuel. An excess of at least €90 and up to €620 is payable for any damage to the car (held at pick-up). Please note that any damage caused to the car during ferry crossings is not insured and the driver is responsible for the full cost of repairs.
