Enjoy snowy splendour or summer magic in Lapland from a glass igloo with private sauna and hot tub - includes choice of board, all travel & excursions

Experience either the magic of a Lapland summer with the midnight sun resting on the horizon until the early hours of the morning or embark on the the snow-capped adventure of a lifetime with a cosy winter Lapland retreat. With both, a heartwarming escape to Rovaniemi - Lapland's capital and Santa Claus' official home in northern Finland - awaits. You'll be staying in a glass-fronted apartment at Glass Resort - situated in the famous Santa Claus Village. Indulge in three to seven magical and memorable nights, surrounded by the pure nature of the Arctic Circle and with the Northern skies as your ceiling.

Seclusion and luxury combine here, where glass apartments sit side by side, blending with the natural landscape - perfect for a summer or winter sojourn. Each comes with its own outdoor hot spring hot tub and toasty sauna, while indoors, simplicity and Scandi-style combine to create a perfectly charming and calming, home-from-home stay - double beds are the standard here, but twin beds can be requested if you'd rather. The exterior of the apartments are inspired by 'kota', a teepee-shaped hut used by the Samí people of Lapland.

Please be aware that the Northern Lights are a naturally occurring phenomenon, so whilst we hope you'll get to see them, we can't guarantee they'll oblige. Please also note that the snow cover early in the season is not guaranteed, and should it be insufficient for your snow-based excursions, alternate activities will be offered or the tour may be cancelled.

The midnight sun can be seen in Lapland between May and July; during these months, the sun sets after midnight – perfect for experiencing evenings without darkness and enjoying long days in nature. While there are evenings throughout the summer when it "doesn't get dark," the true midnight sun phenomenon, where the sun doesn't set until after midnight, is a special highlight, usually experienced in the weeks around the summer solstice in June.

The snow cover early in the season and in April is not guaranteed, and should it be insufficient for your snow-based excursions, alternate activities will be offered or the excursion may be cancelled.
