Enjoy snowy splendour in Lapland from the comfort of a glass igloo with private sauna and hot tub - includes choice of board, all travel & excursions
Embark on the snow-capped adventure of a lifetime with a cosy winter Lapland retreat, where a heartwarming escape to Rovaniemi - Lapland's capital and Santa Claus' official home in northern Finland - awaits. You'll be staying in a glass-fronted apartment at Glass Resort - situated in the famous Santa Claus Village. Indulge in three to seven magical and memorable nights, surrounded by the pure nature of the Arctic Circle and with the Northern skies as your ceiling.
Seclusion and luxury combine here, where glass apartments sit side by side, blending with the natural landscape. Each comes with its own outdoor hot spring, hot tub, and toasty sauna, while indoors, simplicity and Scandi-style combine to create a perfectly charming and calming, home-from-home stay - double beds are the standard here, but twin beds can be requested if you'd rather. The exterior of the apartments are inspired by 'kota', a teepee-shaped hut used by the Samí people of Lapland.
Please be aware that the Northern Lights are a naturally occurring phenomenon, so whilst we hope you'll get to see them, we can't guarantee they'll oblige. Please also note that the snow cover early in the season is not guaranteed, and should it be insufficient for your snow-based excursions, alternate activities will be offered or the tour may be cancelled.

Glass Resort
- Hotel
- Rovaniemi, Finland
Combining Scandi chic with timeless tradition, Glass Resort is the perfect combination of modern style and Lapland life. The shape of every glass igloo is inspired by the "kota", a traditionally shaped hut used by the indigenous Sámi people of Lapland. With clear glass windows and walls, you can marvel at the snowy landscape in the winter, the lush scenery in the summer, and the incredible night sky above all year round. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights, all while basking in the warm, cosy comfort of your private igloo. Each apartment showcases a refined, relaxing, and practical layout.
Spend your evenings dining on authentic Lappish food in the restaurant which, as you might imagine, boasts yet more stunning snowy vistas. Among other dishes, this cosy spot serves up reindeer steaks, elk, freshly-caught lake fish and hand-picked wild berries plucked from the surrounding forests.
