  • Reindeer safari (Day 3): Sit comfortably in a sleigh and kick back on a marvellous, three-hour reindeer safari, spent relaxing and taking in the beautiful snowscapes. Your reindeer herder will come prepared with coffee, cinnamon buns and wonderful stories to tell around a campfire.

  • Aurora Borealis ice floating (Day 3 or 4): Dip yourself into a secret frozen lake under the Auroras and let your mind rest - a feat made possible once you've donned a high-quality suit that will cover your entire body to keep you dry - a uniquely Arctic experience is guaranteed. On a clear day, you'll spot beautiful stars and may even get to marvel at the Northern Lights.

  • Day trip to Ranua Wildlife Park (Day 3): Ranua Wildlife Park is home to over 50 arctic species such as polar bears, arctic foxes and snow owls, and with a day trip to the park included, you can explore its wealth of wildlife at your leisure. Embark on your own winter safari and try spotting musk ox, brown bears, wild boars and sea eagles.

  • Ice fishing by car (Day 4): Join a professional ice fishing guide to the frozen wilderness lake in the middle of the forest. You'll learn how to lure fish from under the ice with special ice fishing gear, as you enjoy the silence and tranquillity of the natural winter landscape that surrounds you. Hot drinks from a thermos will be served by your guide as you fish.

  • Snowshoe fun (Day 4): When armed with plenty of positive energy, a walk with snowshoes is a great way for all to have fun in the snow and explore the forest. Your guide will take you through a true winter wonderland, where you'll have the chance to enjoy the peace and quiet as you reconnect with nature, take plenty of photos and have a simply great time in the snow.
