From hot springs and steaming lava fields to quaint fishing villages, West Iceland is a treasure-trove of natural beauty. Embark on a spectacular self-driving adventure starting in the stylish capital of Reykjavik, before heading on to the historic village of Reykholt and the magical Snæfellsnes peninsula. Along the way, you can marvel at the Hraunfossar and Barnafossar waterfalls outside Reykholt, take a dip in the steaming hot waters at the Deildatunghuver geothermal pools, and step back in time in the atmospheric village of Stykkisholmur. Payment

If you book this deal before 35 days of your departure, you can choose to pay in parts. The deposit will be 50% of the deal’s price plus the booking fee and travel and/or cancellation insurance (when applicable). You will find the payment amounts and deadlines to pay every installment at the last step of the booking process.

Please be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

Travel documents	You will receive all documents relevant to your trip, 7 days prior to departure at the latest
Car rental	The main driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license. The main driver must have a credit card in their own name with a sufficient credit limit for the deposit. You will pick up and drop off the rental car at the airport. Travellers should allow enough time to drive to the airport and return the rental car before the return flight.
Northern Lights	Please note that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon that are difficult to predict and depend on natural conditions, hence sightings cannot be guaranteed.
