Blue Train, Cape Town to Pretoria, South Africa

Next you'll hop aboard the Blue Train – an icon of age-old travel – on which you'll step back in time for an unforgettable two-night ride. There’s no better way to weave through the Rainbow Nation's majestic landscapes than onboard a luxurious sleeper train, making your way through the vineyard-cloaked slopes of the Winelands, carving through jagged mountain ranges, and meandering past the eerie barren sprawl of the Great Karoo. For some added interest, you’ll also visit an open-air mine museum at Kimberley, a place that’s primarily known as being the site of a diamond museum in the 19th century.
