Indonesia is home to thousands of staggering islands flaunting a melting pot of cultures and people, with beautiful landscapes, exotic wildlife and outdoor adventures aplenty. This epic adventure takes in the best of the Southeast Asian nation, from the multicultural capital city scenes in Jakarta to the magnificent temples of Yogyakarta, the cultural mecca of Ubud and idyllic Balinese beach scenes in Sanur or Caggu.

Highlights include Yogyakarta's Sultan’s Palace where the city's current sultan lives, and the enchanting 18th-century Taman Sari Water Castle, home to regal bathing pools. Then there's the idyllic island of Sulawesi, with its traditional villages, like tremendously beautiful Batutumonga. Ubud is the cultural and spiritual heart of Bali, where you'll bear witness to the mighty volcanic Mount Batur, and Kintamani and Tegallalang's rice terraces.
