Pangkor Laut

Next you'll make for stunning Pangkor Laut - a 300-acre, privately-owned island located just off Malaysia's west coast, and a short ferry ride from the mainland. There are no end of activities to indulge in during your time here, whether you're flitting across its idyllic beaches, exploring the riches of its emerald green rainforest, or taking some time to tour the surrounding islands – with laid-back cruises, fishing and island-hopping trips all available. However you choose to while the hours away, you'll be guaranteed plenty of chances to relax and recharge your batteries.

Gaya Island, Borneo

Located a 10-minute journey from Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Malaysia's Sabah state in northern Borneo, Gaya Island offers a true escape rich in untouched natural beauty and peaceful seclusion. Feel at one with your surroundings as you partake in guided walks around the island, during which you might spot red giant flying squirrels and the much-loved Proboscis monkey. Alternatively, get your sea legs kicking and discover an incredibly diverse marine life beneath the water's surface, with a snorkelling or diving expedition. Your resort is even home to a marine centre, which specialises in turtle rescue missions, coral reef restoration efforts and conservation through education.

Outbound from London Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur:
- Departing at 10.00 or 21.35, arriving at 07.15 or 17.50

Internal flight from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu:
- Outbound: Departing between 11.15 and 22.15, arriving between 13.55 and 00.25
- Inbound: Departing between 05.20 and 19.05, arriving between 08.00 and 21.45

Inbound from Kuala Lumpur to London Heathrow:
