Ameglia
The immediate area around the hotel offers plenty of opportunities to stay active, with hiking, cycling, and horse riding on offer – or you can simply relax on the beach, a four-minute drive away, to revel in the magnificent weather and postcard-pretty views.
For exploration further afield, the pretty hillside towns of Cinque Terre are around an hour away by car, and offer some of Italy's most spellbinding sights - you've tickets for the Cinque Terre train and entry to the national park included in your stay. Meanwhile, Pisa is about 50 minutes south. Florence is an extra hour inland from Pisa.
