Come winter, you can easily buy ski passes before setting off on the slopes.
How to get there
Salzburg Airport is roughly 90 kilometres from the hotel - an hour and 30-minute drive. We highly recommend hiring a car if you want to explore the area.
Good to know
Please note that the Gollinger Restaurant is closed on Wednesdays due to the hotel's weekly “in-house day off”. On this day, employees can treat themselves to a well-deserved break. The hotel staff will be happy to organise a culinary trip to selected restaurants for you during Wednesdays. For further information please contact the hotel directly.

Hinterglemm
Southwest of the city of Salzburg, Saalbach-Hinterglemm is an Alpine paradise, nestled amid the mountains. Summer or winter, spring or autumn, there are endless activities to enjoy, from hiking the never-ending trails to skiing the pistes. In the warmer months, bask in the views of far-off peaks from the gondolas, or take to the paths on your mountain bike.
In winter, there are 270 kilometres of slopes - one of the largest ski areas in Austria. Over 60 cosy ski huts make the perfect spots for mid-ski snacks and drinks, and you’ll also find a freeride park and toboggan runs.
