How to get there
Resort Achensee is a five-minute drive or 15-minute bus ride from the centre of Achenkirch, in Austria’s Tyrol state. Innsbruck Airport is a 55-minute drive away, and for greater ease and flexibility, we highly recommend hiring a car on your arrival.

Entry requirements

A charming and cosy village near the pistes, the Karwendel and Rofan mountains on either side provide the perfect snowy backdrop, while the Christlum-Hochalm ski region nearby makes this a popular spot for winter sports aficionados. In summer, the area becomes a veritable hiking and mountain biking haven, with a generous sprinkling of panoramic trails to suit all abilities and inclinations.
