How to get there
The hotel is approximately 40 kilometres away from Ronchi dei Legionari airport, 150 kilometres from Venice airport, and 115 kilometres from Ljubljana airport in Slovenia. Whichever airport you fly into, we recommend hiring a car as the best way to reach the hotel, however there are shuttle buses and train services from Ronchi and Venice. Entry requirements

Trieste itself is an Italian port tucked inside the Slovenian border, encapsulating the charm of the sea and old-world traditions of Italian towns. Must-dos on your doorstep include strolling along the Molo Audace Pier (formerly known as Molo San Carlo), marvelling at the Roman theatre and the Arco of Riccardo, and stopping off in the shops and bars along Piazza della Borso. Should time allow, head 15 minutes north-west of the city centre to see the stunning Castello di Miramare that stands on the peak of the rocky promontory of Grignano in the Gulf of Trieste.
