How to get there
H10 Casanova is situated at the south-west corner of Eixample’s ordered grid of streets, within easy walk of the sights but conveniently located towards Barcelona El-Prat Airport, which is 13 kilometres away. The transfer is approximately 20 minutes’ drive by taxi, or you can take a bus directly to Gran Via and walk the rest of the way. The hotel is partway between two Metro stops: Urgell (100 metres) and Universitat (200 metres).

Barcelona
Barcelona’s Eixample district is large, but it’s possibly the most convenient base to explore from. Within an espadrille’s toss you’ll find Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Las Ramblas – all shopping and sightseeing Meccas – and the metro can bring you slightly further afield to Parc Güell to the north or the coast at Barceloneta to the south. For a tapas fix, head to the Barri Gotic – the Gothic Quarter – where you can lose yourself in labyrinthine streets on the hunt for the perfect plate of patatas bravas.
