Sitting pretty in a panoramic location above the city, you’ll find yourself tucked away amid sprawling nature, which is best explored through a scenic hiking or cycling tour along one of many surrounding trails. Depending on the season, forest bathing, climbing or skiing are all local musts, while nearby lakes like the Tegernsee, Starnbergersee, Kochelsee or Staffelsee are prime picnic spots on sunny days.
