Days 1-2: Singapore

Feel the cosmopolitan buzz from the moment you touch down in Singapore, Southeast Asia’s sizzling city-state. The city skyline will greet you with everything from ancient temples to soaring skyscrapers, while the bustling streets beneath are home to landmark museums, an internationally-renowned culinary scene, and high-end retailers to satisfy every shopaholic.

You’ll be whisked away via private transfer to your super-central hotel, where walking-distance must-sees include Singapore’s National Gallery and the colourful Clarke Quay, a veritable waterfront institution and the place to be after sunset - simply stroll through the vibrant pedestrian zone for restaurants, bars, and nightlife hotspots aplenty. A scenic half-hour’s walk will take you to the Gardens by the Bay, a bucket-list destination for horticulture fans and Instagrammers alike. On your way back, hit the seafront promenade to take in magical marina views and admire architectural landmarks like the Artscience Museum and Marina Bay Sands Hotel, and be sure to snap a picture next to Singapore’s iconic Merlion. Other highlights include the atmospheric East Coast Road, the Thian Hock Keng and Sri Mariamman temples, and the Botanic Gardens - a UNESCO World Heritage site, no less.

Days 3-5: Ubud, Bali

After your action-packed Singapore stint, you’ll be jetting off to Bali where your journey begins in Ubud, an otherworldly landscape studded with rice paddies, centuries-old temples and tropical rainforests. Lazy pool days are more than in order once you arrive at your beautiful hotel, but there will be plenty to please should you wish to get exploring.

You’ll find Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest practically at your doorstep, where the scenic forest trails and characterful animal residents are sure to win you over, while an immersive cultural experience awaits further out at Pura Tirta Empul, one of Bali’s best-loved temples famous for its holy spring water. Stick around the area to see the breathtaking Tegalalang rice terraces (we recommend early morning visits for unparalleled snaps), and come evening the Campuhan Ridge Walk is perfect for magical sunsets within easy reach of your hotel. An easy 10-minute stroll will get you to one of Ubud’s main thoroughfares and the awe-inspiring Ubud Palace, but if it’s an escape into nature you’re after, lace up your boots, pack a swimsuit, and take your pick from the many enchanting waterfalls in the area.

Days 6-9: Candi Dasa, Bali

All-out relaxation awaits following an hour’s drive to Candi Dasa, a haven on Bali’s mesmerising eastern coast.

Enjoy endless beach days on the soft sands of Mendira beach, and make the most of the crystal-clear waters with a spot of snorkelling, scuba diving, or slicing across the waves with thrilling water sports. While away your hours at your magnificent beachfront resort, or hit the road to explore local must-sees like the Lotus Lagoon, Goa Lawah Temple and Tirta Gangga Water Gardens. To sightsee under your own steam, choose between a network of breathtaking hiking trails through jungles, rice fields and forest-covered hills, or get a taste of island life with a visit to a local market or traditional Balinese village.

At the end of your paradisiacal stay, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
