How to get there
Transfers are not included and must be purchased separately with reservations@fiyavalhumaldives.com at least 72 hours prior to arrival. You will reach Fiyavalhu Resort via a domestic flight (20-minute journey) and speedboat transfer (30-minute journey) from Male International Airport. Please note that due to government regulations, alcohol and pork may not be consumed on the island. Select alcoholic drinks are served at the Atoll Jade Floating Bar, less than 100 metres off the island. Drinks are at the guest’s expense.
Entry requirements
The passport, visa and health requirements at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for UK citizens, and on the Department of Foreign Affairs website for IE citizens. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

The resort is located on Mandhoo Island in the South Ari Atoll, where whale sharks are year-round residents of the warm waters, and abundant marine life makes for exciting snorkelling excursions. Keep an eye out for turtles, or go in search of peaceful manta rays or bottlenose dolphins on dedicated expeditions that are sure to create incredible memories. On land, get a taste of vibrant Maldivian culture with a cooking class, or enjoy an afternoon tea with a local family as they share their culinary traditions with you.
