How to get there
By car, the hotel is roughly 30 to 50 minutes from Salzburg Airport, or an hour and 20 minutes to two hours away from Munich International Airport. You could also catch a train from Salzburg to Übersee, which will take around 40 minutes, and finish the journey with a 10-minute bus from Übersee to the hotel.

The es:senz restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday from 6.30pm to 11.00pm.

Entry requirements

Grassau
The beautiful landscape of Chiemgau lends itself to a number of activities. Head out on a breathtaking walk around beautiful Chiemsee, the lake at the heart of this region, or catch the cable car up Hochfelln and hike to the summit for a stunning view from above. Walking not your thing? An e-bike rental on site at the hotel offers you a great alternative for exploring your scenic surroundings. You could even book a romantic carriage ride through the Achental valley for a totally unique way to explore the local area. In winter, try out a guided ski tour or head to one of the ski resorts just a short drive away and zoom down the snowy slopes.
If you’re staying over the festive season, head to Prien am Chiemsee, a 20 to 30-minute drive away, for the delightful Christmas Market.
