Imerovigli

For a change of scene, Fira, Santorini's capital, is just a short drive along the coast, while the whitewashed houses, charming art galleries and legendary sunsets of Oia await just a 30-minute drive in the opposite direction – you can walk to both, too, using the well-trodden paths; it’s a scenic way to take in the island and unveils many excellent photo opportunities. The volcanic beaches on the eastern side of the island are mere minutes away, too.
