Interlaken
You'll then enjoy another beautiful train journey from Lucerne to the charming resort town of Interlaken. Soak up beautiful scenery along the way, including the fabulous Brünig Pass - reaching a lofty 3,307 feet to do so. As the gateway to the Swiss Alps, towering mountains like the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau provide a dramatic backdrop, while the town itself offers a delightful mix of old timber houses, parkland, and the sparkling Aare River. Whether you crave adventure or a more relaxed pace, Interlaken is a perfect starting point for exploring the beauty of the Bernese Oberland. From Interlaken, you'll get the chance to journey along the super scenic Brig & Simplon Pass route by bus from Brig to Domodossola.
Milan
From Domodossola, hop on another train to Milan, one of the most fashionable cities in the world. With a flourishing art scene, thriving foodie landscape, and rich artistic heritage, this chic city is both unique and eclectic. Visit the city's grand Gothic Duomo, which lies at the geographical heart of this one-time Imperial Roman capital, and witness Leonardo da Vinci's 'The Last Supper' in all its glory. Venice
