How to get there
The hotel is located in the town of Gargnano on Lake Garda. From Valerio Catullo Airport in Verona it’s roughly an hour and a half to reach the hotel by car. It’s an hour and a half to two hours to arrive from Milan Bergamo Airport by car, or three hours by public transport. The bus stop is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a ferry terminal a ten-minute walk away.

Gargnano
Along the shores of Italy’s largest lake, plenty of picturesque towns and villages are waiting to be explored. Gargnano is on your doorstep, home of the medieval Monastery of San Francesco, the art nouveau-style Villa Feltrinelli and the unique architecture of San Martino Church, as well as boutiques to shop in and beaches to flit between. If you haven’t hired a car, try hopping on the ferry and seeing where it takes you - will you get off in nearby Toscolano Maderno for the weekly market and a stroll through the town, disembark at Limone sul Garda to explore the lemon gardens, or enjoy the trip all the way down the lake to Sirmione, the ‘pearl of Garda’ and location of a famous Roman villa?
If you fancy venturing beyond the lake, make the most of your fabulous location between two of northern Italy’s most beautiful cities - Brescia and Verona. Enjoy incredible Roman architecture, impressive museums and sweeping views from the castle in Brescia, or head to Verona to follow in the footsteps of Shakespeare’s star-crossed lovers, catch a show in the arena and wander the banks of the Adige.
