High-quality hospitality: A multi-generational endeavour with decades of experience under its belt, the family-run Hotel Gollner knows a thing or two about hospitality. What began as a 19th-century coaching inn blossomed into a thriving wine-cellar, restaurant and hotel, which today continues to offer attentive service to visitors old and new. While offering up-to-date amenities, the hotel also wears its history with pride, paying homage to its origins with an elegant restored façade and charming roof gable.
-
Kick back in style: Step inside for bright modern interiors with a hint of old-world chic, with airy guest rooms featuring elegant wood floors, sleek contemporary furnishings, and all the mod cons you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Splashes of colour and quirky patterns complete the picture, while outside a tranquil garden and stunning rooftop terrace make for a true city-centre oasis.
-
Effortless city living: Start each day with the hotel’s hearty gourmet breakfast, perhaps taken in the garden when the weather is fine. Later on, the intimate bar area serves creative cocktails in a laid-back and convivial setting, while the hotel’s well-equipped fitness room features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment for all your on-the-go workout needs. And when it’s time to get exploring, you’ll find yourself right at the heart of the action, with Graz’s magical Old Town and landmark sites within easy reach.
How to get there
In a central location close to Graz's Old Town, Hotel Gollner is a quick 16-minute drive or taxi ride from both Graz Airport and the city’s main train station (Hauptbahnhof). Alternatively, you can easily reach the station via the number 6 tram, which stops at Graz Dietrichsteinplatz just two minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Graz
Enchanting architecture, picture-perfect streets, four universities and magical natural scenery - Graz has all that and more. Framed by forest-covered hills keeping watch over its spires and quaint red roofs, the fairytale capital of Austria’s southern region of Styria will have you falling in love in no time.
You’ll be just five minutes’ walk from the palatial Graz Opera House, a lavish fin de siècle building second only to its Viennese counterpart. Just beyond, stroll down the cobbled streets of the UNESCO-listed Innere Stadt (Old Town) to see pretty pastel-hued buildings dating back to the medieval, Renaissance and Baroque eras, or switch things up with a visit to the ultra-modern Murinsel art installation and Kunsthaus museum. Other highlights include the grand Eggenberg Palace, the city’s world-famous Clock Tower, and the hilltop Mariatrost Basilica, a spectacular Baroque church and one of the region’s foremost pilgrimage sites.
