How to get there
The hotel sits in the town of Henley-on-Thames, on the cusp of the Chiltern Hills. You’ll find yourself 30 minutes from Reading, and 20 minutes from Junction 8 of the M4. The nearest train station is a 10-minute walk away. From London, take the train to Twyford from Paddington, then change towards Henley-on-Thames.

Henley-on-Thames is a charming, quiet town, perfect for long rambling walks along the river, afternoons spent sipping locally-brewed beers (the Rebellion Brewery is in Marlow, 20 minutes away) or days exploring the surrounding Chiltern Hills and National Trust properties. Grey’s Court, a Tudor manor, is less than 10 minutes down the road, while Cliveden House is a 30-minute drive. If you fancy exploring even further, the Gothic architecture of Oxford University is less than an hour away.
