How to get there
Walking-distance from the village of Njivice on Croatia's Krk island, Aminess Gaia Green Villas are just a quick 10-minute drive from the island's Rijeka International Airport (though it should be noted flights only operate from April to October).
You can get buses and taxis from the airport and there are airport shuttles available at extra cost, but for ease, we’d recommend hiring a car. There’s plenty to see and do all over the island, and with free parking available at all the villas, it makes for a practical option.

Entry requirements

The picturesque island of Krk is Croatia’s largest and busiest, combining historic towns with diverse landscapes and panoramic vistas. The island’s northwestern coast is rocky and steep, with plenty of coves, beaches, forests and quaint fishing villages to explore – perfect for those outdoorsy types.
Take the trip to Meline Beach to bask in the mud - it's said to have healing properties. The town of Krk is famous for its beautiful cathedral and castle, and for something a little different, head to Volsonis bar to sip icy-cool cocktails in the 2,000-year-old Roman catacombs.
