Colònia de Sant Jordi
Your tranquil base is tucked away in Colònia Sant Jordi, a peaceful resort town on Mallorca's enchanting southern coastline. This former fishing village still remains much of its historic charm, so when you aren't gazing out at the harbour by the pool, you'll want to make time to wander through its pretty streets. The town is also something of a foodie hotspot, and boasts a great range of bars and eateries in which to savour local delights while watching the world go by.
The area's crowning glory is its selection of swoon-worthy beaches; spectacular sandy swathes lapped by crystal-clear, turquoise waters. Don’t be afraid to venture a little further out: Platja d'es Carbó is an eight-minute drive away and is rumoured to be the preferred haunt of the Spanish Royal family, while to the west you’ll find Platja Es Trenc, a glorious golden-sand beach spanning two kilometres.
