Passport, visa and health requirements	The passport, visa and health requirements at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for UK citizens, and on the Department of Foreign Affairs website for IE citizens. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. For some countries (e.g. Singapore, Thailand), you may be required to complete a Digital Arrival Card or other immigration procedures prior to or upon arrival. We recommend that you complete any required digital forms as early as possible to save time upon arrival. Occupancy	Maximum 3 persons per room.
Single supplement	The single supplement is based on travel dates and duration of travel. You will see the final price in the booking process.
Children's discount	Based on two full-paying adults per room, travellers will receive a discount on hotel stays for children 11 years and younger. This is dependent on the chosen travel period and whether the child sleeps in a separate bed. Please note, children up to 12 months old receive a discount on the plane ticket, but will not receive a seat or baggage allowance.
Infant bed	It is possible to arrange a cot during this trip for a fee of €5 per night, as well as to bring your own cot. Please contact customer service to make an enquiry.
Accessibility	Unfortunately, this trip is not wheelchair accessible.
Pets	Pets are not permitted on this trip due to international plane travel.
Flight times	Please note that flights may be subject to change, delay or postponement by the provider and that flight times are provisional. Don't forget to check the actual flight times before departure on the website of the airline or the airport to avoid inconvenient surprises.
Travel documents	You will receive all documents relevant to your trip, 7 days prior to departure at the latest
Airport transfer	When you arrive at the airport, look for your driver holding a sign with your name on it. Please note that there can be a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes and the journey can take up to 75 minutes.
Ferry travel	You will be taken from your hotel to the port; your driver will be waiting for you at the hotel entrance. At the destination port, another driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name or the hotel where you will be staying. You must board the ferry at least 30 minutes before departure. Please be aware that departure times may change depending on weather conditions. Ferry tickets are issued at each port before departure, at the designated port kiosk. Please provide your reference number (you will find this in your travel documents) to the relevant ferry company kiosk. The ferry company is indicated on the travel documents and the reference code is indicated next to the ferry company name. Certain ferry companies and ports might charge an administration fee for ticket issuance (approximately €1-€2 per reservation). A small charge of €2 per ticket is also chargeable for lost tickets. On some ferries you will be given a seat number, whilst on others you will have a free choice of seats. If in doubt, please ask a member of staff on the ferry. Please also be aware that the majority of ferries will have multiple stops on their schedule, so please make sure you are disembarking at the right port.
Route deviation	Please note that the order in which you visit the islands and the length of your stay may change depending on the ferry timetable.
Itinerary	You will receive the final itinerary with your travel documents before departure.
Similar accommodation	In order to give you the best possible holiday, we sometimes offer trips where you'll be staying at one of a selection of hotels (all with the same star rating, board basis, room type and location). Mostly, you'll be staying in the hotel written up in our description, but we're unable to guarantee the exact accommodation featured on the website every time. We'll let you know the name of your hotel, at least 7 days before departure.
Rental car	On all islands it is possible to rent a car for an extra charge. The reception will be happy to assist in your car rental. Free parking spaces are available.
Currency	The national currency of Greece is the euro (EUR).
