How to get here
The hotel is about 50 km from Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport. If you are travelling by train, you can take a regional service to Müllheim/Baden station, which is approximately 10 km from Badenweiler. If travelling by car, take the A5 motorway from Karlsruhe to Basel, take the Neuenburg-Müllheim-Badenweiler exit, and then follow the slip road through Müllheim towards Badenweiler/Oberweiler on the Weilertalstraße.

Please note that reception is open from 7.30 am. If you wish to check in after 8 pm, you must contact the hotel in advance. The hotel entrance is closed from 11 pm to 7.30 am.
Please also note that the hotel has a maximum stay of 14 nights.

Badenweiler
The Relais & Châteaux Hotel Schwarzmatt is situated in the Markgräflerland region on the edge of the Black Forest, between Freiburg im Breisgau, Basel in Switzerland and Colmar in French Alsace.
Whilst the surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, cycling and golf, attractions such as a thermal spa, various castles, a picturesque spa garden and the ruins of Baden Castle are also well worth a visit.
