How to get there
Göbel's Vital Hotel Bad Sachsa is around 150 kilometres from Hanover airport. If you’re driving, you can reach the hotel by car via the A7 and B243 or B27. Alternatively, you can travel to Bad Sachsa by train - it’s just over three kilometres from the train station to the hotel.

Göbels Vital Hotel sits in the very traditional spa town of Bad Sachsa, in the deepest part of Germany. You’re right next to the Harz National Park, so nature-lovers can explore miles and miles of pristine trails and breathtaking scenery - cycling through the park in summer is a must. In winter, head to the Harz Mountains to enjoy three kilometres of slopes for skiing and snowboarding for all levels, with three lifts that take you to a variety of different runs. About an hour's drive from the hotel, you can also visit the picturesque village of Goslar, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its perfectly preserved ancient buildings, witnesses of a past to be told.
