The hotel is located in the Tenerife coastal town of Los Realejos. Tenerife North Airport is just over 30 kilometres away, and takes around 30 minutes by car. Tenerife South Airport is 95 kilometres away and takes just over an hour to drive.

The area surrounding the hotel, in the north of Tenerife, is a playground for outdoor lovers. The Rambla de Castro is a protected nature area cut through with beautiful hiking trails along the coast, while Playa del Socorro beach is a popular surfing spot. Those of a more adventurous bent should head up to La Corona for some paragliding, while mountain bikers will love the trails of Chanajiga.
