Llandudno
Llandudno has a long history as the ‘Queen of Welsh Resorts’, dating way back to the 1800s. It remains popular to this day and has retained much of its aristocratic Victorian appeal, with its tall 19th-century buildings and attractive pier. It boasts long, sandy beaches perfect for classic British buckets-and-spades fun, and a fantastic traditional pier. The Llandudno Museum and Llandudno Pier are both a five-minute walk away, while the wild beauty of the Great Orme lies waiting to be explored nearby. Colwyn Bay and Conwy Castle are both around a 15-minute drive if you fancy venturing slightly further afield.
