Dishes are created with raw products; expect home-grown fruits and vegetables, fresh butter directly from the pasture, and farm-fresh curd cheese and chicken eggs.

How to get there
The nearest airports to Tauber's Bio Vitalhotel are Innsbruck (95 kilometres) in the north and Verona (210 kilometres) in the south. If you're taking public transport, then it's possible to get the train from Innsbruck airport to Innsbruck station, then take the train to Vintl, changing at Brennero and Fortezza along the way. The journey takes around two and a half hours. Parking is available on site at no extra cost.

You’ll be staying in South Tyrol – northern Italy’s Alpine region that has Austria to its north and Switzerland to its west. Must-dos include hiking, mountain biking and horseriding in the summer, snow sports in the winter (there’s 1,200-kilometres of perfect piste spreads out across 12 resorts), and village-hopping the rest of the year.
