How to get there
The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Moreton-in-Marsh which is the nearest train station. A direct train leaves from London Paddington to the station with a journey time of around an hour and 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you’re arriving by car, the hotel is accessible from the M40 and M5 motorways.
Good to know
For an additional fee, afternoon tea is served Monday to Sunday from 2pm until 4pm, and can be taken either in the lounge by one of the three open fires or in the stylish restaurant.
Please note, in-room treatments require an additional fee and must be pre-booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Gloucestershire
Besides the hotel’s rural location boasting obvious outdoor beauty, the area and its surrounding landscape has even more to offer than perhaps first meets the eye. Known as the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the Cotswold region, the village of Chipping Campden is just a 10-minute drive from the hotel and is the picture-perfect image of a Cotswold market town. Its warm, honey coloured stone, hidden bookshops, restaurants and quaint antique stores line the streets and there’s easy access to local walking routes up to Dover’s Hill. From the hotel, Hidcote National Trust is also just a 12-minute drive and if you want to travel a little further afield, Warwick Castle is a 30-minute journey by car.
