The nearest airport is in Salzburg, around 70 kilometres away. We recommend hiring a car to make the most of your mountainous location.

Dienten am Hochkönig

Perched 1,250 metres above sea level, this mountainous retreat offers the chance to get involved with a range of outdoor activities, whatever the weather. In the winter months, you’ll have access to 120 kilometres of snow-covered slopes so don your thermals, clip-on your skis and zip your way through an almost endless supply of fresh powder. Come summer, guests can hire bikes and whizz down the slopes at warp speed or slow things down with a wildlife-spotting hike. Prefer your holidays on the more relaxing side?
