How to get there
Fredriksborg Hotel & Restaurant is located in Värmdö in the Stockholm Archipelago, about an hour away from the city centre. You can reach the hotel by car in just under an hour's drive, take the bus with one or two changes, or drive via Vaxholm and take the car ferries from Vaxholm to Rindö, then Rindö to Värmdö.

This eye-popping journey takes around an hour.
A 40-minute drive south reveals Gustavsberg, Värmdö's main town and home to a historic porcelain factory and shop. Peruse fine art and crockery made from bone porcelain, before getting up-to-date with contemporary art inside Gustavsbergs Konsthall.
