Passport, visa and health requirements	The passport, visa and health requirements at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for UK citizens, and on the Department of Foreign Affairs website for IE citizens. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

Northern Lights	The Northern Lights are of course a naturally-occurring phenomenon, so while you will have a good chance of seeing them, we cannot guarantee they will oblige.
Optional drinks package	For an additional £24.99 per person per night, enjoy selected white, red and rosé wine by the glass, selected house beers, house spirits and soft drinks all day, every day throughout either the 10-night or 14-night cruise. Please note, this is bookable directly with Fred. Olsen after booking with Secret Escapes.
Itinerary and hotel variation info for round trips	The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen events. Please note that the tour operator also reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to book hotels of the same or higher category in a comparable location.
Saver Fare Information	As Saver Fares offer guests specially reduced prices, the following terms and conditions are applicable: Full payment is required at the time of booking and 100% cancellation charges apply, no refunds are permitted. Non-transferable to any other cruise once booked. No cabin number and/or cabin grade is provided at the time of booking (cabin number will be advised on the cruise ticket). Oceans Club Cruise discounts are not combinable with Saver Fares. Oceans Club points will be earned however. Dining sitting will be allocated at our discretion and will be advised within the cruise ticket. Saver Fare guests can choose to book a specific dining sitting at the time of booking for a supplement of £2.00 per person per night. Table sizes cannot be requested when booking a Saver Fare.
