How to get there
Nikolaus by AvenidA is located in Zell am See in western Austria, approximately an hour and 20 minutes' drive away from Salzburg airport. You can get there by train too in around two hours, but we recommend hiring a car to make things as easy as possible.
Entry requirements

Zell am See
Zell am See is a classically Austrian ski resort, spread across three mountains and overlooking the frozen Zell Lake. In winter, it's a snow-sure resort with 130 kilometres of piste and a dramatic glacier - ideal if you're a beginner or an intermediate skier. In warmer months, it's a green and picturesque destination for walking, hiking, biking and making the most of the great outdoors.
The historic town is large with lots to explore, including a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars. There's also a lively nightlife scene with plenty of schnapps to drink. If skiing isn't your thing, you can always try skating or curling on the frozen lake, or warm your cockles with a hot chocolate as you survey the winter wonderland before you.
