How to get there
The hotel is a 40-minute drive from Memmingen Airport or around 50 minutes from Stuttgart Airport. From the latter, you can walk 550 metres to Stuttgart Bus Terminal and catch a BlaBlaCar bus towards Munich bus station. Get off at Ulm after around 55 minutes and walk two minutes to Egertweg tram stop. Catch the number 4 tram for 11 stops (20 minutes) to Ehinger Tor station. From here it's a 900-metre walk to the hotel.

Ulm
Slap bang between Stuttgart and Munich, the city of Ulm hummed with trade during medieval times thanks to the Danube River snaking its way through it. Nowadays, the city's Old Town sits riverside, around 15 minutes' walk from your door. Hotfoot it to its heart and towering glory, the world's tallest cathedral no less, Ulmer Münster, and wheeze and wind your way up its 768 steps for unparalleled Black Forest views.
