Es Castell
Discover the wonders of the lesser-known Balearic island! Wander through the streets of Es Castell, the quaint harbour town on your doorstep with plenty of local eating spots and bars to discover. Or, take a scenic walk down the coast to visit the historic ruins of Castillo de San Felipe. There’s also much to explore in the nearby, larger town of Mahón: the Museu de Menorca (occupying a former convent) tells the history of the island, and there are plenty of markets to browse for fresh fruit and clothes, with sun-filled squares to take a break.
You can also hop on a boat tour (or charter your own!) to discover more of the island’s coast. Explore the rugged, natural beauty of the north coast, or hop between the white sandy stretches and aquamarine waters of the irresistible south west coast.
