The passport, visa and health requirements at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for UK citizens, and on the Department of Foreign Affairs website for IE citizens. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements, before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.

In order to give you the best possible holiday, we sometimes offer trips where you'll be staying at one of a selection of hotels (all with the same star rating, board basis, room type and location). Mostly, you'll be staying in the hotel written up in our description, but we're unable to guarantee the exact accommodation featured on the website every time. We'll let you know the name of your hotel, at least 7 days before departure.

Please note that a continental breakfast is served in the hotels and no buffet is available.

Please note that hotels on Kythnos may not offer breakfast at the beginning and end of the season. If your local hotel does not offer breakfast in the 2025 season, external cafés or local bakeries are available as alternatives. The hotels on Kythnos get their breakfast from local artisan workshops, i.e. bakeries, cafés etc, and breakfast is delivered in the form of a prepared basket with a mixture of local specialities.

Please note that the order of the islands may change depending on the ferry timetable and weather conditions. We do our best to follow the original itinerary, but there may be changes.

You will be transferred from your hotel to the port; Your driver will be waiting for you at the hotel entrance. At the port of destination, another driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it or the hotel where you will be staying.

Please be on board the ferry at least 30 minutes before departure. Please note that departure times may be subject to change at short notice depending on weather conditions.

Ferry tickets are issued in each port before departure at the designated port kiosk. Please enter your reference number at the kiosk of the respective ferry company (you will find it in your travel documents). The ferry company is indicated on the travel documents and the reference code is indicated next to the name of the ferry company.

Some ferry companies and ports may charge a ticketing administration fee (approximately €1-2 per booking). There is also a small fee of €2 per ticket for lost tickets.

On some ferries you will receive a seat number, on others you have free choice of seats. If in doubt, please ask a member of the staff on the ferry.

Please note that most ferries have multiple stops on the timetable, so please note that you disembark at the correct harbour.

Depending on the booked travel date, two different itineraries are possible:

Athens - Kythnos - Serifos - Milos - Athens
or
Athens - Serifos - Milos - Athens

You will receive your final itinerary with your travel documents.
