Florence
The hotel is situated in the historic neighbourhood of San Frediano – Porta San Frediano is 500 metres from the hotel, a 20-minute walk from the famous Ponte Vecchio and a 25-minute walk across the river from the city centre.
The iconic medieval Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is well worth a visit and the Renaissance art museum, Uffizi Gallery, is a great spot to while away an afternoon - Michelangelo's unmissable masterpiece is certainly worth it alone.
