Picturesque spa hotel in Allgäu with view of the Alps

A tranquil country house stay in the Bavarian Alps featuring a spa and excellent golf facilities - includes breakfast, optional dinner, spa access, and more

• A stunning location: This hotel is nestled in a truly picture-perfect setting, with views of the Upper Bavarian, Allgäu and Tyrolean Alps. Above Lechbruck am See, you’ll stay in a resort that leaves nothing to be desired – thanks, amongst other things, to the well-maintained 18-hole golf course on your doorstep, the on-site spa area and the restaurant. And that’s not all: fantastic day-trip destinations such as Neuschwanstein Castle and Füssen on Lake Forggensee are all nearby.

• Bavarian and international delights: Indulge in the culinary delights of Restaurant Gsteig, whose menu ranges from Bavarian and international à la carte specialities to sophisticated gourmet buffets. The focus is on regional, seasonal and sustainable produce, such as local honey and meat, or Allgäu beer. Enjoy your meal in the cosy restaurant, the panoramic conservatory or on the sun terrace.

• Spa in style: Following a complete refurbishment in spring 2025, the Gsteiger Spa, with views of the Allgäu mountains and the River Lech, shines in new splendour. The panoramic indoor pool with its summer terrace, the lounges and the relaxation rooms are now joined by a 90°C panoramic sauna with mountain views, a 60°C Thermium, an aromatic steam bath and an infrared cabin. The fitness area, featuring ERGO-FIT equipment, and the spa menu offering treatments and massages (for a fee) round off the wellness facilities.
